A new development is emerging on the Viimsi peninsula, the keywords of which are quality and comfort of living. Viimsi Village'isse is rising 96 private houses, 150 terraced houses and 8 semi-detached houses.

Living here is the dream of every person who appreciates good architecture and beautiful surroundings. All houses and buildings in the development form a single and beautiful whole, where every detail is carefully thought out. Even the most demanding eye will not be offended by anything superfluous or casual.

The houses are surrounded by tasteful (tall) landscaping, 1300 ha of primeval forest stands out in the background. Drinking coffee on the terrace in the silence of Sunday morning, you know: this is the kind of life you have dreamed of.

Vagif German, developer of Viimsi Village Unico Estoniadriver:

We don't just build houses, we create a unique living environment with our best knowledge and skills.

In keeping with the times, we have taken energy saving as a focus of development. The challenges in this area made us think about how to ensure energy independence for residents, but in an environmentally friendly way.

In cooperation with Amper Plus OÜ, we developed a solution that allows to produce and collect green energy and to be practically independent of external energy sources.

We have created every opportunity for homeowners to be Estonia's first off-grid village. Our home accessories include the Ampere+ complete solution, which includes both solar panels and energy storage, making the homeowner independent of power outages and high energy prices.

If we take for example Viimsi Village 1-storey residential building, which is 147,8m2 and install 18 solar panels on it and Ampere+ Energy Storage, then its annual yield is approx. 7371 kWh.

The average annual electricity consumption of a family of 4 in Estonia is about 7,000 - 10,000 kWh.

This complete solution not only covers the electricity consumption of homeowners, but the total annual output of Viimsi Village homes would be approx. 2GWh, withElle's efficiency could, for example, “feed” about 500-600 electric cars a year.

Ampere+ energy storage protects home and business owners from unexpected power outages, as well as extremely high electricity prices. Buy electricity at a cheaper exchange rate and use batteries when the price is high.

On the Viimsi Village website, home buyers can choose the accessories they like for their house using a unique configurator, including energy storage and solar panels.
