It's almost a year since I joined the Ampere+ team and it's been a great experience. Although I am still at the beginning of my career, I have had the opportunity to learn and develop a lot here.
Our team is supportive and always ready to share their knowledge, which has helped me build confidence and acquire new skills. Every day is different and full of new challenges, which makes work interesting and gives the feeling that I am contributing to something bigger.
