We are looking for a sales manager who will stand up for our customers who have purchased our PV panels and energy storage systems and provide them with top-notch service while serving the interests of the company. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, but also a proven track record in sales management.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to PV panels and energy storage systems to achieve sales targets
- Be part of a team of sales representatives
- Contribute to building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and industry partners
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Manage sales funnel and forecast sales forecasts accurately
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars and workshops to network and promote eIEVtake products
- Collaborate with marketing, project management, and product teams to develop an effective sales guarantee
- Provide regular reviews and reports to management
Expectations for the candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the energy sector, in particular in the field of photovoltaic panels and energy storage systems
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage Pipedrive-like CRMs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about renewable energy and a sustainable future
